    This game can be fun yes. BUT the customer support is non existent, like many other comments say, the game does nothing but lag and glitch during PVP events. An entire ultimate season of battlefield, my game lagged, caused me to get hit, wasted speeds, or wouldn’t allow me to teleport out of attacks, or better yet wouldn’t let me in the match. When customer support was shown this with screen recordings and videos, I was told they would look into it. Much like everything else they “investigate” nothing happens. At most you will get a handful of March speeds and maybe some gems. Even during battlefield ultimate seasons, and all stars. Unless you’re streaming of course. STILL waiting on my wings and dragon. Furthermore, they claim alternate accounts and bots are against their terms of service, but they actually take no action against those accounts, or the main players account that runs them. Meanwhile they threaten to ban legitimate players for “illegal” purchases if you hit K40 after stopping spending money (coining strike). This player they accused and have threatened to ban has every purchase through Apple, yet is threatened with a ban. The developers of this game also do nothing against harassment, sexual harassment, racism, or really anything. At most you can expect is the person harassing or being racist to get a three day chat ban.

    I need to find a way to send screenshots through this but this game is a waste of time and capitalizes on new people getting addicted and spending money. Please don’t follow in the footsteps of many before you and spend tens of thousands of dollars. Customer support is a joke. You can’t even ask them a simple question and then you still get the same response that doesn’t answer your question/ concern. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

    If you’re looking to get scammed, this is the game to play. First of all, the puzzles are just a side piece of the game. It is only about 1% of the game, brought in to attract more audience so that they stick around for the other aspects or the game. That aside, the customer service and the policies and action of Top Games is laughable. They will punish you by removing items and troops from your account without reasonable evidence. Not only that, the lag in this game makes it unplayable. Because this game requires one to be fast, the lag can cause you to lose everything in your account. If you complain with their customer service team(I don’t think they even have one), you’ll get w random typical answer unrelated to the problem you’re having

    This game has its benefits, but it quickly becomes very addicting. This would be manageable, IF it had a reliable and responsive customer support that actually supported the customers with complaints. Instead, you either get unhelpful responses, such as this REAL response of “sorry for the bad gaming experience for you. We will feed the situation to the team and continue to optimize related issues.” Or no response at all. People are spending real money and expect some real resolution, but we are getting nothing. It makes me want to quit the game altogether.

    The game looks like an interesting puzzle game, then you download it and find it is nothing like the ad. Immediately deleted it.

    I chose the USA for my country, and I hated Calamity Toots in her leather skirt and the rest of her outfit from Fredericks of Dodge City, not to mention that it’s weird that the characters keep calling the player “my liege.” I actually was only interested in the puzzles, but it got too frustrating. The “key” barriers worked fine, but I found the other buttons and arrows were unreliable. In one case, it was necessary to co-ordinate a moving pillar with the hero. The pillar could not be maneuvered, it was strictly a matter of starting it at the same time as releasing the hero, but it didn’t always start immediately. In a later one, it was a matter of pushing a button to move a floor, but that wasn’t reliable either. The puzzles are supposed to be a matter of figuring out sequences, not dumb luck in whether it responds to a tap. Maybe if I had a stylus it would have worked better, but I took it off.

    I don’t know what to do in this game. They played its self for a while, then stopped. I thought it was a game of puzzles, but it’s some kind of warrior game which is very confusing and lame, but they probably making money at this because people are stupid.

    For starters it was nice at first but after 1 minute of me playing it sent me off on my my own as expected and understandable but I can’t do anything since they won’t offer any help at all when I’m stuck on mystery portal level twelve and so far it’s honestly boring and there’s not rlly much to do but don’t take my advice for it check it out yourselves- EVONY DEVELOPERS PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD OFFER EVEN THE SMALLEST CLUEEEE OR CLUEEEES TO HELP PLAYERS FOR MORE THAN A MINUTE PLSSS
